Our Services

Personal Care Assistants, Home Health Aides, and OPWDD support — delivered in the place your loved one most wants to be.

PCA

Personal Care Assistant

A Personal Care Assistant helps with the daily routines that become difficult with age, illness, or limited mobility. The goal is simple: keep your loved one safe, clean, well-fed, and comfortable at home — with dignity intact.

  • Bathing, showering, and personal hygiene
  • Dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance
  • Walking, transfers, and fall-risk supervision
  • Meal planning, cooking, and feeding assistance
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and changing linens
  • Grocery shopping and errands
  • Companionship and conversation
HHA

Home Health Aide

Home Health Aides are certified caregivers who provide everything a PCA does, plus health-related tasks carried out under the supervision of a registered nurse. This is the right level of support when a medical condition, a recent hospital stay, or a complex care plan is part of the picture.

  • All personal care and daily living support
  • Medication reminders and adherence support
  • Vital sign monitoring and observation reporting
  • Assistance with prescribed exercises and range of motion
  • Safe transfers and use of mobility equipment
  • Support after hospital discharge or surgery
  • Coordination with your nurse, physician, and family
OPWDD

Office for People With Developmental Disabilities

We provide person-centered support for individuals served through New York's OPWDD programs. Care is built around the person's own goals — greater independence, participation in community life, and a routine that works for the whole household.

  • Community habilitation and skill building
  • Support with daily living and self-care routines
  • Community access, activities, and transportation support
  • Family respite so caregivers can rest
  • Help navigating OPWDD eligibility and service coordination
  • Caregivers experienced with developmental and intellectual disabilities
Coverage

As much or as little help as you need

Hourly

A few hours a day or a few days a week — for help with mornings, meals, bathing, or errands.

Overnight

An awake caregiver through the night for safety, bathroom trips, and peace of mind.

Live-in

A caregiver in the home around the clock for continuous supervision and support.

Respite

Short-term relief so a family caregiver can rest, travel, or recover.

Paying for care

How families cover the cost

Call us before you assume you can't afford it. Many families qualify for more coverage than they realize.

Medicaid & MLTC

For clients with Medicaid or a Managed Long Term Care plan, authorized home care hours may be covered at no out-of-pocket cost. We can explain how the assessment and authorization process works and coordinate with your plan.

Private pay

Straightforward hourly, overnight, and live-in rates with no long-term contract. Private pay is the fastest way to start care and gives you full control over the schedule.
